A beautifully light ale, Padstow Pale is noticeably hopped with a good balanced bitterness and a refreshing aroma provided by a blend of British and US hops added both at the steeping stage and as a dry hop.
This mini-keg was force carbonated rather than keg conditioned, resulting in a zestier hop profile than the cask or bottled version leaning more towards a US West Coast Style.
